Beginning
Tomorrow I turn forty-nine... the one before the big milestone..
I've recently been feeling the pull to slow down, putting myself first for a change, protecting my peace from negativity and surrounding myself with positivity.
Protecting peace doesn't have to look dramatic. It can simply be in the small choices, such as what I give my energy to and what I step back from.
This space is simply somewhere to gather those moments. The thoughts that pass through on an ordinary day. The photos I take when something catches my eye, and the gentle in-between parts of life that are easy to miss.
Nothing perfectly polished, just honest, as it comes.
